Client Work - Dermatology Clinic

Apex Dermatology

Apex Dermatology is a dermatology clinic whose web presence I built end to end: the landing page patients land on, Servo, the chatbot that takes their reservations, and QDerm, the booking system behind it. The design started in Figma; the rest I built and ran myself.

The landing

The front door is a mobile landing built inside an iPhone frame: the clinic's services and booking path, presented the way most patients would actually see it, on a phone. I designed it from the Figma file below and built it as a working page, and it lives on this site as its own piece.

Servo, the reservation chatbot

Patients who would rather not call get Servo. It is my reservation assistant, built on Peekobot and branded as UseDesign Servo: it greets the patient, asks whether they are new to the clinic or already in the system, and walks each side through its own path. New customers choose one of four intake options, each ending at the patient information form written for it. Returning customers can edit an existing reservation or make a new one, giving a name, a date and a time slot.

The original demo is kept here exactly as it ran, chat and forms together.

QDerm, the booking system

Behind the landing and the chatbot sat QDerm, the clinic's booking system. A reservation made on the screens became a record in a MySQL database through a PHP layer, and the clinic worked from those records: who is coming in, for what, and when. The booking database was mine to manage - its structure, its records and its day-to-day upkeep.

The working system held the clinic's real bookings, so it stays offline. What this page shows is its shape: the flow above and the structure I managed.

The design file

All of it was designed first in Figma, in the "Apex Dermatology" design file: the landing's screens, the frames the chatbot and forms sit in, the look the built pages follow. The file is a working design document rather than a public link, so it is named here as the source it is.
